Simplify Hybrid Cloud

Running across multiple cloud providers can be challenging.  Whether core data analytics applications, googledrive, onedrive or a combination, not all workloads can go to the cloud.  Even strategic 'cloud first' strategies cannot cater for all workloads.  If you cannot move it the cloud, manage it from the cloud.

Edge

Whether it was a deliberate act, or has happened over time, you likely already have a combination of on-premises private infrastructure, local specialised service providers, and Hyper-scaler instances. This is a hybrid or multi-cloud approach, and we understand the complexities this creates.

Even with strategic migrations to cloud, not everything can go.  Edge services often get overlooked and become management overhead.  If you can't move it to the cloud, you should manage it from the cloud.

Often desirable features from new providers are not utilised for fear of adding additional layers of complexity, as well as more of the following:

Cost

We see workload repatriation occuring every day. This is directly related to mis-aligned expectations of costs.  Public cloud deployments as a cost saving exercise just don't stack up.

Security Concerns

Teams routinely expose vulnerabilities by moving fast, which is great, but side-stepping processes, which is not so great.

Manual Processes

Multiple management tools, operational silos, manual handoffs, and reliance on scarce skills or key individuals slows releases down and prevents the agility you are looking for.

Hybrid Cloud Complexity

Look familiar?

We know it does. You need an easy, smooth migration to a shared, self-service platform providing a framework for continuous automation to address complexity and agility issues. Enablement of a systematic approach to multi-cloud management to include analytics, governance, automation and production right across all platforms, on-premises, public and hosted is the way to regain control.
